‘Just Go’—succinctly sums up Suzanne’s love for travel. It’s as much about the perfect family time as it is the opportunity to appreciate the world. Suzanne is Vice President of Underwriting & Customer Service for Lighthouse and shapes the underwriting and customer service strategies, guidelines, policies, and procedures at Lighthouse Property Insurance Corporation (Lighthouse). With her unique blend of leadership, vision, and creativity, she plays a critical role in executing the enterprise mission and delivering on promises to agents and policyholders. Suzanne’s teams analyze, underwrite, and service the diverse suite of insurance products to help the company achieve its profitability and growth goals. In addition, she and her team work closely with Lighthouse’s sales team and agency partners in sharing and communicating underwriting requirements, appetites, and philosophies to further develop and grow these partnerships. With over 27 years of property and casualty insurance experience, Suzanne spearheaded Lighthouse’s underwriting and customer service internalization process in 2019 and 2020. She began her insurance career at USAA and, prior to joining Lighthouse, served as AVP of Operations & Compliance and Underwriting Manager for Prepared Insurance Company and Operations & Direct Sales Manager for HomeWise Insurance Company.

Suzanne received her B.A. in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing from Saint Leo University. She is also licensed as a property and casualty insurance agent in the state of Florida.
