As an Ironman triathlete, Scot knows firsthand what it takes for your mind and body to achieve extraordinary results. Leveraging grit and discipline, Scot is a consummate professional. He uses his vision and leadership to determine optimal financial strategies to ensure company growth in both the short and long term. Scot brings over 30 years of financial leadership in reinsurance, operations, enterprise risk management, and startup/growth environments to Lighthouse Property Insurance Corporation. He has previously served as an auditor for Peat Marwick, C.F.O. of Family Security Insurance Company, Inc. and C.F.O. at St. Johns Insurance Company, Inc.

In addition to Chief Financial Officer of Lighthouse, Scot has served as President from 2017-2019 and Executive Vice President from 2013-2017. He received a B.B.A. in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from Stetson University.
