As Vice President of Sales for Lighthouse, Bruce drives the development and execution of sales strategies and agency relationship management in five states across the Lighthouse Property Insurance Corporation (Lighthouse) footprint. He has a keen understanding of the market, tracks industry trends, trains and motivates the sales team, and believes a customer-centric mindset coupled with service excellence is paramount. Bruce received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas.
