In partnership with the C-suite, Yong energizes and inspires the Lighthouse Property Insurance Corporation (Lighthouse) employee base by unlocking their potential, unique strengths, and capabilities. Before joining Lighthouse, Yong built his career across a broad range of experiences in insurance operations, specialty retail, national corporate strategy and development, enterprise solutions, and organizational architecture. He has served in various leadership roles with Citizens Property Insurance Corporation and Bankers Insurance Group and has served on multiple boards, including the Property Insurance Plans Service Office Board, Property and Liability Resource Bureau Advisory Board, and the Specialty Hospital Board of Trustees. Before taking on Chief Operating Officer duties, Yong was Senior Vice President, Operations of Lighthouse. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from Troy State University and currently serves as an Advisory Board Member of their Risk Management & Insurance School.
